Apologies for the image of these muffins – I just realized the only good one I took was on SnapChat.. again… -__- So this will have to do for now.
I didn’t know what to make, and my mom said that we had a ton of bananas that were going to go bad, so I decided to make something simple, yet delicious; chocolate chip banana muffins! They’re also healthy!
To be honest, I’m slightly being a bit lazy right now and don’t really want to recount the steps and ingredients, but they are listed in the link below! Some things that I did differently are:
- I used white flour, because I didn’t have whole wheat, but it still tasted good
- I used a mini muffin tin, because we don’t own a regular sized one 😥
- The muffin papers seemed to stick to the muffins.. is this normal?
Apologies for the short, lazy post, but this was a pretty straight forward recipe, a favourite you could say but with a healthy twist, so I hope you enjoy making them 🙂
