Yes yes, I know this isn’t a dessert recipe, but I was feeling a good chickpea salad after my mom boiled a huge pot of them… #ArabMomProbs
It didn’t turn out to be much of a problem though, because I got to make this delicious salad with them, instead of all of them being allocated to making hummus.
I didn’t follow the recipe (posted at the end) to each measurement exactly because it’s a salad, and if there’s too much of something, it won’t likely ruin the whole dish.
What you’ll need:
- Chickpeas (Canned or boiled)
- Feta Cheese
- Green Onion
- Pepper & Salt
First & Last Step:
This is a salad! You can add whatever you like, whenever you like, no need to do it step by step.
One thing I will add, is if you’re making this salad, I would suggest eating it within a few hours of making it because the avocado will start to go brown, and the salad will look less appealing. Other than that, this is super easy and quick to make, and its also healthy 😉
